Hello! I'm Shoaib Zubair, an IT professional with 3.4 years of hands-on experience, currently working as a Helpdesk Engineer at Innovatia/Anovia. My journey began with 1.4 years as a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro, where I mastered technical troubleshooting and incident management, followed by 1 year as a Cloud Support Analyst that ignited my passion for cloud technologies.
What started as traditional IT support has evolved into a focused pursuit of cloud engineering and robotics. I've developed solid expertise in AWS services (Lambda, EKS, IoT Core, RoboMaker) and automation through Python, Bash scripting. My unique perspective combines practical IT support experience with cutting-edge cloud and robotics technologies.
Currently, I'm expanding my skill set in the exciting intersection of cloud computing and robotics. I work with ROS2, Docker, Terraform, and various simulation platforms like Isaac Sim and Webots.
